Spare parts once sold are not returnable, except in very special cases as outlined below.

All sales are considered final. We encourage our customers to verify compatibility and specifications before purchase.
Special Cases for Return or Refund
A refund or replacement may be considered only under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is delivered defective or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Proof of defect/damage (photos or videos) must be provided.

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or partial/full refund.

Incorrect Item Shipped

If the wrong spare part has been delivered due to our error, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a refund.

In exceptional cases, management may approve a return after evaluating the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Electrical and electronic parts.

Custom-ordered or specially imported items.

Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.
Process for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

For Mauritius customers, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

For international customers, refunds will be made through the original payment method (where possible).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
